A trained behavior change specialist and lifelong health educator with a passion for connecting with people, discovering their hidden powers and helping them unleash their strengths to transform their well-being.

Nationally board certified health coach, nutrition coach and lifestyle medicine advocate. My career started in the health field with a degree in health administration and took an exciting detour to serve as an officer in the US Army. When I decided that jumping out of airplanes as a logistics officer was no longer for me, I turned in my uniform and completed another degree.  I shifted my focus back to the health field with a master’s degree in public health, specializing in community health, health behavior change, and lifestyle medicine.

Once again, life quickly changed directions. I found myself navigating military life once again, but this time as an Army wife and mom, raising a family through constant moves, deployments and living overseas.  While I loved the adventure, it wasn’t always easy. Those years taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to create stability amidst chaos. While I couldn’t control where we lived, how often we moved or even how frequently my husband traveled leaving me home to do all the things, I discovered I could control how I responded, how I lived, and, most importantly, my health. That realization became my foundation—not just for surviving, but thriving.

Today, I help clients take control of their own health by building sustainable habits, finding balance, and creating vibrant, purpose-driven lives. My focus is on working with women and men struggling to manage metabolic health and hormonal imbalances. After witnessing my mom’s battle with diabetes and ultimately losing her to the disease, I dedicated my career to understanding metabolic health and helping others heal from the inside out.
